Write to support@migame.fi. Rivet Rascals is provided by MiGame Oy, Helsinki, Finland, Business ID 2254874-7. Include the app version, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, the screen or mission, and the steps that caused the issue. Describe what you expected to happen.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. If you include a screenshot, remove unrelated personal information. For privacy or deletion requests, use the same email address.
Restore a missing purchase
Open Club → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple purchase account that bought the item. Check your connection and allow the App Store to finish. Restoration checks eligible purchases and covered cosmetics; it does not recover your campaign save.
If Ask to Buy approval is pending, you can keep playing for free. Paid access appears after Apple confirms the purchase. A cancelled purchase does not grant paid benefits. If products cannot load, try again later.
Manage or cancel Workshop Club
Choose Club → Manage Subscription, or open device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple's instructions explain cancellation. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. For refund requests, use Apple's refund service.
After ordinary expiry, permanent cosmetics and existing builds remain. You can edit and export existing builds; adding builds above the free 12-slot limit needs active Club. Extra activities require current membership, and story anthologies also support separate permanent purchases. Read the full purchase information.
Protect and recover your progress
Progress is stored on your device. Avoid uninstalling or resetting the game while investigating a save problem. Prepare a full save export in Settings before replacing progress. Recovery depends on a valid save, backup or export being available.
If your version offers optional iCloud sync, enable it explicitly on each device. Your iCloud and Apple purchase accounts can differ. When two devices have changed a save, compare the summaries and choose one complete branch. Progress and balances are not merged. Turning off sync does not delete cloud copies.
Share a useful diagnostic report
In Settings, choose Share gameplay diagnostics, review the recent record and decide whether to attach it to an email. It stays on your device until you share it. You can send ordinary feedback without diagnostics.
A full save export is different: it includes progress, saved build names, settings and reward history. Send one only when you intend to share that information. Our privacy policy explains local diagnostics, support correspondence and deletion.
Devices, offline play and accessibility
Rivet Rascals supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Core solo play and local saving work offline. Downloads, purchases, purchase restoration and optional iCloud synchronization may need an internet connection.
