The game and its provider

Rivet Rascals is provided by MiGame Oy, Helsinki, Finland, Finnish Business ID 2254874-7. Contact support@migame.fi. These terms explain our website and game services alongside the licence agreement supplied with your App Store download and Apple's applicable purchase terms. Where Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement applies, you can read it here.

Rivet Rascals is a native game for iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Follow the age rating and device requirements shown in your App Store listing. Younger players should involve a parent or guardian in purchases and any sharing of personal information.

Free play and optional extras

The Horizons campaign, all eight Rascals and all 66 functional parts are earned through free play. Workshop Originals retains its original six chassis and 48 parts. There is no paid combat power, premium currency, advertising, paid random reward or paid retry.

Optional purchases provide cosmetic collections, Workshop Club membership or permanent access to a story anthology. The app and Apple's purchase sheet show the actual product, availability, localized price, tax and billing period before you confirm. This website does not sell in-game items or take payments.

Cosmetic collections and stories

Foundry Friends, Porcelain Workshop, Astral Airmail, Deepglass, Copper Theatre and First Spark are separate one-time cosmetic purchases. First Spark includes a Pip finish and keepsakes; the other finish collections cover all eight Rascals. Cosmetics do not change battle simulation or combat strength.

The Missing Moon and The Little Giant each contain twelve borrowed-parts puzzles. The first two cases of each are free. The remaining cases require active Club membership or that anthology's one-time permanent purchase. Members may choose permanent ownership, but do not need to buy it while membership provides access. Anthology purchases do not award functional parts, scrap, XP or mastery.

Workshop Club

Club is an optional automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. Both plans provide the same benefits: extra creative Labs and Dispatch cases, archives, both story anthologies, up to 64 saved builds, covered monthly cosmetic collections and additional workshop stage controls. Twelve build slots and basic decorating and photo tools are free.

Twelve cosmetic themes and a 52-week Dispatch cycle repeat. Annual payment does not immediately grant twelve future monthly collections: verified paid service covers eligible months only after those months begin. A verified billing-grace period can preserve temporary service without independently granting permanent monthly collections. Direct cosmetic purchases are separate from Club.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew until cancelled under the terms shown by Apple. Manage or cancel renewal in Club → Manage Subscription, or in device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple's cancellation guide explains the process. Deleting the game or resetting progress does not cancel a subscription.

Ordinary cancellation leaves the valid paid period available. After ordinary expiry, legitimately acquired permanent cosmetics and all existing builds remain. Existing builds stay editable and exportable; creating another build above the free 12-slot limit requires active Club. Active-only activities require membership, although an already-started paid encounter may finish once. Saved advanced lighting and camera settings can still render, and the free Warm and Home controls remain available.

Refunds and revocations remove the affected paid entitlement while preserving any other valid entitlement and unrelated free progress. Request an Apple-billed refund through Apple's refund process. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law. Your mandatory withdrawal, conformity and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Restoration, saves and sharing

Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases using the Apple Account that made them. It does not restore gameplay progress. Keep your device and exports safe. If optional iCloud sync is enabled in a supported version, your iCloud account and purchase account may differ. Sync conflicts require choosing a complete save; balances are not added together.

Use built-in sharing tools responsibly and respect other people's rights. Do not submit unlawful material, interfere with the website or payment systems, or falsely claim another person's work. The game, artwork, music and Rivet Rascals branding remain the property of MiGame Oy or their respective rights holders. A purchase gives the described access rights, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Updates, support and consumer rights

We may update the game and website to improve them, fix faults and maintain compatibility or security. Material changes to paid services will be communicated as required by law. Nothing here permits us to remove statutory remedies or avoid required digital-content updates. If something is faulty, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

These terms do not exclude or limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Finnish law governs our website and service terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to competent courts in their country of residence. The App Store licence and Apple's purchase terms also apply to the matters they cover.

For a dispute, contact support first. Consumers in Finland can seek guidance from Consumer Advisory Services and may refer an unresolved dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
